1. No Returns on Opened Products

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used.

Once you break the original manufacturer’s safety seal or packaging, the product becomes non-returnable. This policy applies to all skincare, haircare, and makeup products purchased through our website.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we will assist you promptly.

  • Report Timeline: Contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof Requirement: Provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the condition of the package upon arrival.

3. Refund Eligibility for Unopened Items

We only consider returns if the product meets all of the following conditions:

  • The item remains in the same condition as delivered
  • The product is unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging
  • You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase

4. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order only before we dispatch it from our warehouse.

Once we ship the order, you cannot cancel or redirect it.


5. Refund Process

After we approve your return (for eligible unopened or damaged items), we will process the refund to your original payment method.
